30 min Potato and Carrot stew

Made this on a whim in 30 mins. Easy for those “I don’t know what to cook” nights. Ingredients: 1 lb meatball (already mixed with salt and pepper and stuff) , or any diced meat 4-5 large carrots, peeled and cubed 1-2 potatoes, peeled and cubed 1-2 onions, peeled and cubed Any other veggies you like 16 oz tomato sauce 8oz water 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Italian seasonings Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup rice Directions: RICE: Cook the rice in a seperate pot. 1 cup basmati needs 2 cups water, add salt. I LOVE SOUPS, and I love PHO!! (Pronounced “fa”). And I’ve been craving something similar to this dish for a long time now… But wait no further….. This recipe was taken from the “what’s cooking good looking” group on Facebook. Ingredients: BROTH: 1 32 oz beef broth 3 cloves garlic Cinnamon stick 2 inch piece of ginger, peeled. Chopped jalapeño (optional, I didn’t add) 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt if broth is low/no salt A couple cilantro sticks. Ingredients: 1 small vidalia onion (or any kind) 2 stalks celery, shredded 2 large carrots, peeled and shredded one medium/large zucchini, shredded 1 small vidalia onion (or any kind) 7-8 mushrooms, peeled and shredded 4 cups chicken broth (or substitute with 4 cups water + 4 tsps knorr) 2 cups heavy cream 1 tsp dried thyme one chicken breast, diced small cubes.    I’ve been craving a yogurt based soup/stew for a while now. So I searched Google for something not to hard to mess up. Shishbarak was the answer. I have no clue what it means or why it was named that way. I think its a Syrian dish. Libyan Tomato-Orzo Soup

Libyan soup: Ingredients: 1/4 lb ground beef 2 small tomatoes, chopped 4 tbsp tomato paste 4 cup water Medium onion, chopped 1/4 cup orzo or soup pasta Dash cinnamon Dash mixed spice 1/2 bunch cilantro , chopped 1/4 bunch parsley, chopped 1/2 tsp blk ppr 1 tsp salt Sauté onion and meat together. (u can use any kind of finely chopped up meat) Add tomatoes and tomato paste and stir til tomatoes are wilted. Add the water and let boil.
