Obviously you can tell from the past few days, I’ve been struggling with eating clean and exercising. A lot had been going on physically and mentally that is stressing me out and I have decided to take a break from documenting. I have a trip overseas coming up on May 29th, and lots to prepare for that. If I feel like I will be able to continue, I will go back to documenting again. Boot Camp week 4 day 5

Worst day in a looooong time. Had a couple nightmares then woke up to bad news, then more bad news… Didn’t eat much. 11am cup of tea 4pm 4 leftover Pringles chips found in the car. It was an all day commute and I was too stressed to even think about food. 7:30 Dinner Moussaka: eggplant in tomato sauce with ground beef. Boot Camp Week 4 day 4

Been very tired lately, preparations for overseas travel to palestine, wedding preps, kids graduations, kids doctors visits, and lots of shopping. Very hard to focus on healthy eating when you are running around like a chicken with its head cut off. 8am Went for a walk around the block with hubby first thing in the morning 9am we had breakfast. Fried eggs, wheat pita, cheese, za’atar, tomatoes. 11:30 made a iced chai at home. I’m sugar it has tons of sugar cuz it was super sweet. it was a premade powder mix. I was so hot and in a rush I didn’t really think about what’s in it. 2:00pm at the kids graduation Had a piece of cake. I mean like what kind of proud mother would I be if I didn’t have some of the graduation cake? 5pm...

9am Hubs decided to go to ihop (seems like its turning into a weekly thing lol) Chicken crepes with hollandaise sauce on the side. Wheat pancakes with blueberry. I ate one crepe and one pancake. All day shopping with my groom-to-be brother, getting him ready for his flight to Gaza. 2pm Chipotle chicken bowl with guacamole More shopping!! No workout today. 7pm dinner Chicken breast, baked in the oven. Salad, and leftover pasta from last night. I bought a handle-bar-10-lbs-weight thingy. Not sure what they are called lol. 8am Weight and measurements, empty bladder Weight: 119.2lbs Arm: 10″ Waist: 31″ Thigh: 20.5″ Not sure what progress I’m seeing, my weight is down. My goal weight is 125. I having been eating right this past week and excercise was non existent. Hoping this week will be a little less rough. 8am Breakfast: Strawberry banana oatmeal. 4pm snack 5:20 Late lunch: tilapia fillets 8pm No workout today, busy busy busy. Boot camp week 4 day 1

Totally forgot to weigh and measure. Will do Tomorow Breakfast 9am Plain Whole wheat waffles, banana and a pear. Vanilla protein shake Running between doctor visits for the kids. Had one of these babys. Quick Lunch. two slices of wheat raisin bread with peanut butter energy mix. 5:30pm Beet juice to get my energy levels up and out of my funk. 7:00pm Cleaned the whole upside down house in an hour. Amazing. 8:00pm dinner Leftovers from yesterday’s BBQ Kabobs,chicken, and some grilled onions and bell peppers. Went to bed as early as I could. Allergies and sick kids are no fun.
